Job summary

The role requires DOT certification, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Some travel to nearby stores is expected, with a primarily onsite schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be twenty-one years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Must meet DOT medical certification requirements and be able to perform heavy physical work.
• Minimum education is an associate degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a fleet of rental equipment at store locations or customer job sites, focusing on preventive maintenance.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all units at stores.
• Inspect equipment for rental readiness and safe operation; document status and work orders.
• Assist with equipment deliveries and pickups as required.
• Use the company platform to document labor and parts for completed work.
