Job summary

Scientific Safety Alliance is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to service critical medical equipment in hospitals and ambulatory centers. This fully field-based role will troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install sterilization equipment, with travel across Austin and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two+ years in mechanical/technical role preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Willingness for overtime and overnight travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install sterilization and infection prevention equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, warranty repairs, installations, and equipment upgrades.
• Document service work using mobile tech and service management software.
• Travel throughout assigned territory to support customer needs.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and company growth.
