The role requires strong time management, technical aptitude with electronic and electro-mechanical systems, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• HS degree or equivalent; vocational training preferred.
• Basic electronics knowledge and ability to read technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Performs predefined field service tasks on customer equipment.
• Troubleshoots, repairs, installs, upgrades and performs preventive maintenance on VMS equipment.
• Maintains field service work orders and expense reports.
• Communicates follow-up actions to assigned representative.
