Arjo Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide preventative maintenance and repair on Arjo medical equipment at customer hospitals in southwest Ohio and north Kentucky. The role requires applying a detailed understanding of electromechanical systems and will involve building strong customer relationships to drive growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• Repair and maintenance experience with electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to read and understand schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, installations, upgrades, and in-servicing at medical facilities.
• Provide technical diagnosis and repair cost estimates.
• Assist Sales with joint calls, in-services, leads and demos.
• Grow service contracts revenue through renewals.
• Ensure health and safety code compliance.
• Submit accurate reporting.
• Manage spare parts inventory.
• Travel daily to customer locations; 20-30% overnight travel.
