Job summary

Auxo Medical, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, calibrate, service and troubleshoot sterilizers, washers, ultrasonic and related equipment at hospital and ambulatory sites. The role requires travel, strong problem-solving skills and customer relations.

You will work in a fast-paced team environment with a focus on reliable service and ongoing training. A background in electronics/mechanics and a valid driver's license are essential, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in electronics, mechanics or similar discipline.
• High school diploma with 3 years of experience.
• 1 year (minimum) experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC or related field service.
• Strong technical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read schematics and use manuals.
• Willing to travel and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Travel to hospitals and surgical facilities to maintain, troubleshoot and service equipment.
• Provide calibration and installation support as needed.
• Build positive relationships with customers while delivering quality service.
• Operate in hospital/ambulatory settings with sterile uniform requirements.
