Job summary

BOWE US is actively expanding its North American service network and seeks skilled technicians in Madison, WI to perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair equipment, and return systems to production. The role emphasizes customer-facing service and adherence to safety procedures.

Training and tools are provided. Technicians work at customer sites, using knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and software components, with shift premiums for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong customer relations skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read schematics and diagnose issues.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical systems troubleshooting.
• Willingness to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Advanced degree in electronics or mechanics preferred, strong experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and timely repairs on equipment.
• Diagnose problems and execute repairs to return machines to production.
• Follow company procedures for safety and escalation when needed.
• Communicate with customers to provide a positive service experience.
