Job summary

BOWE US is seeking skilled field technicians to service production mail and parcel automation systems across North America. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose problems, and execute repairs to return equipment to production while adhering to safety policies.

The role requires reading schematics, solving mechanical and electrical issues, and delivering excellent customer service at customer sites. Training and shift premiums for off-hours are available.

Qualifications

• Strong customer relations and communication skills.
• Ability to read schematics and diagnose complex equipment.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and software overlays.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical systems and hands-on repairs.
• Capable of maintaining composure and delivering quality service under pressure.
• Advanced degree in electronics or mechanics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnose issues on production mail equipment.
• Repair systems to restore production quickly while following safety procedures.
• Interface with customers to provide a positive service experience and document work.
