Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled field technician to troubleshoot, repair and maintain underground mechanical cutting equipment. You will be responsible for commissioning new equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision, and for inspecting performance to identify faults and malfunctions.

• Technical certification or diploma in mechanical or electrical fields or equivalent field experience.
• Minimum of 7 years industry related experience.
• Technical experience with diesel, low voltage, and high voltage electrical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret equipment schematics.
