Qualifications

• Complete understanding of the physical layer, Cat 5/6, patch panels, fiber, coax.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting DirecTV errors.

Responsibilities

• Utilize existing cabling to provide services to customers.
• Install and troubleshoot Customer Premise Equipment (CPE).
• Verify and demonstrate services to customers.
