Qualifications

• Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Able to read mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.
• Start up and commission new machines and perform test runs.
• Willing to travel up to 75% across North America.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Valid passport and driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency service on machines.
• Install machinery and train customers.
• Advanced troubleshooting and redesign of components when needed.
• Some machine assembly work.
• Complete service and expense reports.
