NOW HIRING AN ENTRY LEVEL FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

We're looking for an entry level Field Service Technician to join our team in the San Francisco Bay area.

Field Service Technicians Earn Money: Metrohm USA offers competitive pay, benefits, and a company vehicle. This hourly paid position is also eligible for a quarterly bonus payment of up to $2000 annually.

What You Can Expect: Bring your motivation, 'do more' attitude, customer focus, and hands-on technical experience, and we will teach you the rest. Field Service Technicians provide on-site preventative maintenance and basic service for Metrohm laboratory instruments. Training classes are provided at our headquarters in Tampa, FL.

Travel is part of the role, allowing you to visit diverse labs, meet different people, and see various instrument applications at work. You will have resources to support clients face-to-face, via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams.

This position supports Metrohm customers in Northern California and Nevada, based in the Greater San Francisco area. It is a remote role requiring some overnight travel within the territory, with occasional travel outside the region.

Requirements: Ability to troubleshoot, test, and repair chemical instrumentation equipment. Familiarity with laboratory practices and equipment. Ability to manage a busy schedule over a large territory, maintain positive customer relations, and collaborate internally. A degree or certification in Chemistry or a related STEM field is preferred. Laboratory work experience and travel experience are a plus.

Salary Range: $36.00 - $38.50/hr, depending on geography, skills, education, and experience.

Additional Requirements: Successful completion of background checks, employment and education verification, and a 10-panel drug screening.
