Job summary

Riekes Equipment seeks a Field Service Technician to keep forklifts, pallet jacks, dock equipment, and other industrial gear running safely and efficiently on customer sites. Your diagnostic and repair work directly supports customer productivity.

The role offers a Mon-Fri schedule with no weekends, competitive pay of $25-$40/hour based on experience, and a company-wide bonus program. Ongoing training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' mechanical and electrical troubleshooting/repair experience preferred.
• Ability to read wiring and hydraulic diagrams.
• Fluent in English; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair forklifts, pallet jacks, dock equipment, aerial lifts, compactors, and other industrial equipment.
• Identify and recommend items in need of repair.
• Provide superior customer service.
• Work safely, following all safety policies and procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
