Job summary

A leading technical firm in the United States seeks a Technical Company Representative. You will provide exceptional customer service during installation and support for products. Responsibilities include technical field service, training customers, and maintaining service documentation. Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of hands-on electronic/assembly repair experience.
• Experience with CNC fabrication machinery equipment repair strongly desired.
• Valid, clean driver's license and credit card required.

Responsibilities

• Perform new product installations and customer training.
• Document machine data and service history.
• Make recommendations for improvements based on field service activities.

Education

Two-year Technical Associate's Degree or equivalent
