Job summary

You will diagnose issues, perform routine maintenance, and ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently while communicating clearly with clients and team members. The role requires strong electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic knowledge, the ability to read schematics, and hands-on troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in an applicable discipline preferred.
• Ability to read schematics, manuals and diagnostic tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair expertise.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to document service reports accurately.
• Commitment to safety and following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate service requests for equipment.
• Diagnose issues and perform preventive maintenance.
• Assist with commissioning and on-floor testing of equipment.
• Prepare technical reports for engineering and management.
• Respond to technical support requests from customers.
• Lead installation layouts and wiring/ piping as required.
• Travel extensively to customer sites.
• Maintain service records and related documentation.
