Job summary

Exelare is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, repair, and maintain advanced print-finishing machinery at commercial printing plants. The role involves over 50% travel regionally and nationally, with emphasis on reading schematics and communicating technical issues by phone.

Ideal candidates will have experience with HMIs, PLCs, and strong organizational skills. You must live near a major airport; excellent benefits are offered and OT is available.

A leading international manufacturer of commercial print-finishing machinery is seeking a field service engineer. This person will be responsible for installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance of complex automation equipment at commercial printing plants. Expect over 50% of travel to be regional and national. Experience with control systems, which includes HMIs and PLCs, is essential. Strong communication and organization skills are needed. Starting salary ranges from $75k to $85k, and OT is available. Excellent benefits are included in the offer. This is a $100k + income potential with a stable and long-established equipment manufacturer.
