Job summary

A leading industrial equipment manufacturer is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their Technical Support department. The role primarily involves troubleshooting and supporting industrial dosing pumps and fluid-handling systems throughout North America. The ideal candidate should possess a strong mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include providing customer support via phone and email, conducting installations and training, as well as maintaining customer relationships. Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions independently.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, pumps, plumbing, or electrical components preferred.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with SEKO pumps and dosing systems.
• Provide technical support to customers and service companies via phone and email.
• Assist customers with product installation, calibration, and operation.
• Conduct occasional on‑site service visits and technical training.
• Train customers and sales teams on SEKO equipment and systems.
