Qualifications

• Valid Illinois Driver's License and ability to travel as required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance, including fluids, grease, and electrical systems.
• Keep equipment operational by following maintenance procedures and troubleshooting malfunctions.
• Resolve service problems by clarifying the issue, determining causes, and visiting job sites as needed.
• Document service activities in Salesforce and related forms.
• Maintain equipment, tools and supplies; ensure safety and organization.
• Establish rapport with customers and train on basic operation of equipment.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures; travel up to 75% as required.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
