Job Description

An international company with a facility near Novi, MI is currently seeking a Field Service Technician for long-term opportunities with their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for Field Service or Maintenance Technicians looking for a company that offers great benefits, career growth, development, and competitive rates.

Field Service Technicians will be working full-time, with rates anticipated between $40.00 - $45.00/hour, plus overtime pay over 40 hours, based on experience and education. All well-qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. We offer excellent benefits—including medical, dental, vision, vacation, bonuses, and more.

Local candidates are preferred, but any candidate within the continental US is welcome to apply, provided they can meet travel requirements.

Qualified Field Service Technicians will possess most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

• 5+ years of recent/relevant experience as a field technician with industrial equipment, including setup and start-up experience
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience with electrical, mechanical, combustion, and piping systems
• Good working knowledge of industrial electrical control systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude and welding experience
• Ability to debug Allen Bradley HMI and PLC systems
• Ability to travel up to 95% overnight for installations within the US, with occasional travel to Canada, Mexico, and internationally
• Must be able to work legally in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered)
• Complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screening, and references
