• Service and adjust all products sold by Gunton Corporation and National Accounts.
• Respond to urgent jobs based on priority status.
• Discuss and review Customer Satisfaction Survey with each customer.
• Maintain adequate parts and tool inventory.
• Effectively communicate all service activities to customers.
• Maintain accurate paperwork, including timecards and service orders.
• Convey a neat, clean, friendly, and professional appearance.
