Responsibilities

• Perform on-site services, including emergency repairs, upgrades, and maintenance on a 24/7 on-call basis.
• Install, diagnose, repair and support equipment at customer sites.
• Document findings and decisions to repair or replace parts; lead small projects as needed.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on system operation and maintenance.
