Job summary

Under general supervision, you will handle on-site repairs, preventive maintenance, and upgrades, lead small projects, and provide technical guidance to customers and junior staff, while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to read hydraulic schematics.
• Ability to operate shop equipment safely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Work effectively with customers, peers and management to resolve client issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site services for clients, including emergency repairs and upgrades.
• Install, diagnose, repair and support equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose problems, document findings, and decide parts to repair/replace.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on system equipment.
• Lead small projects at customer sites.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate technical information to stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Mentor less experienced Field Service Technicians.
