Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and ability to travel frequently within assigned territory.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with ability to read and interpret manuals and schematics.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, hand tools, and electronic testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of specialized equipment at customer locations.
• Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Communicate clearly with customers to explain problems and resolution steps, ensuring a positive service experience.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, parts used, and repairs performed using company software and reporting tools.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while working independently or as part of a team in field environments.
