Baxter is hiring a Field Service Technician II in Norwood, MA. You will prepare Baxter and non-Baxter products for patient use, perform cleaning, disinfecting, function checks, and minor repairs, and support on-call service across facilities and customer sites.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• DOT physical card is required and must be maintained.

Responsabilidades

• Move and inspect medical products within Baxter service centers, healthcare facilities, and private homes.
• Load and unload Baxter product and maneuver the medical equipment within truck beds.
• Troubleshoot and evaluate any needed repairs; perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance.
• Provide on-call coverage, up to 24/7 basis including weekends and holidays, which may require customer account visits.
• Navigate electronic devices to enter or acquire information.
• Demonstrate how to use Baxter product to hospital staff, caregivers, and other participants.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment including 5S activities.
• Safely operate a company vehicle from cargo van to 26,000-pound truck.
• Lift and carry up to 65 pounds with proper safety procedures.
