Job summary

Baxter Field Service Technicians repair and service lifesaving medical devices in hospital/service settings. You will troubleshoot electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and demonstrate leadership by aiding training of teammates.

Role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and willingness to obtain a DOT medical card. The position includes on-call duties and benefits support in the Phoenix area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• DOT physical card required.
• Prior technical or mechanical repair work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic systems troubleshooting and repair of assigned products.
• Troubleshoot devices and repair malfunctioning components.
• Use appropriate tools for adjustments and repairs.
• Provide on-call coverage, up to 24/7 including weekends/holidays.
• Load, unload, and move medical products up to 1680 pounds.
• Generate service revenue and complete activities under service contracts.
• Safely operate a company vehicle incl. vans to 26,000 pounds.
