Job summary

A local technology service provider is seeking a Field Service Technician Level II in Indianapolis, Indiana. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a previous construction trade.
• Ability to read architectural drawings.
• Possesses a valid US Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation teams effectively and mentor Level 1 installers.
• Maintain communication with Project Delivery Coordinators and customers.
• Perform system configuration and commissioning.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of electricity (high and/or low voltage)

Excellent communication skills

Basic telecommunication knowledge (TCP/IP)

Team management/supervisor experience

Tools

Factory Authorized Testing (FAT)

Knowledge of fire, CCTV, intrusion systems
