Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s license required.
• Ability to identify and use common low voltage cabling.
• Previous experience with service ticketing processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute all Level I installer roles and responsibilities.
• Demonstrate organizational skills in handling project tickets.
• Assume leadership responsibilities and mentor Level 1 installers.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of electricity (high and/or low voltage)

Excellent communication skills

Team management/supervisor experience

Hands-on/field experience

Education

Minimum 2 years in a construction trade

Tools

Basic telecommunication knowledge (TCP/IP, general networking, computers)

Experience with nurse call systems

Familiarity with CCTV and intrusion systems
