Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a field service technician to support on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of laboratory equipment across customer sites in the United States. The role requires strong diagnostic skills and the ability to read schematics, perform IQ/OQ/PQ validations, and ensure customer equipment meets manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic and repair skills for laboratory equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
• Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ validations and equipment qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site maintenance and repair for laboratory equipment across brands.
• Communicate with customers during service visits and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform refrigerant recovery and charging as needed on refrigeration systems.
