Job summary

NCR Atleos’s Field Services team is expanding, inviting technicians who are technically curious and customer focused to join a frontline, high-impact role. You will troubleshoot, repair, and install electromechanical equipment across a defined territory with provided training and ongoing support.

Ideal candidates have basic electronics and PC skills, valid US work authorization, and are prepared for travel, rotating shifts as needed, and staying compliant with safety and driving policies.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to the specific geographic area.
• One or more years of related experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible.
• Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and professional manner focused on resolution.
• Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs provided by NCR Atleos.
• Comply with NCR Atleos policies, including Shared Values, Code of Conduct, health and safety standards, accurate timekeeping, and fleet and safe driving requirements.
• Perform other related duties consistent with qualifications and business needs.
