Job summary

RXinsider LTD. in Southern Florida seeks a Field Service Technician II to install, troubleshoot, calibrate, and inspect Rees monitoring equipment in regulated environments.

You will perform annual preventive maintenance and communicate with customers on service updates. You will read schematics, use diagnostic tools, and verify configurations to ensure accurate readings and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications or associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years as a Rees Technician or 3 years industry experience with successful installations and troubleshooting.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, or computer networking equipment.
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot monitoring equipment at customer facilities.
• Verify setup and configuration of Rees monitoring equipment in customer environments.
• Diagnose and repair issues identified during calibrations.
• Calibrate and inspect equipment to ensure accurate readings and compliance.
• Read schematics and technical documents to perform maintenance.
• Document job plans and submit status updates per project requirements.
• Record data to support IOQ protocols.
• Maintain inventory of parts for on-site service.
• Provide updates to customers and collaborate with technical support.
• Travel to customer facilities within the region to fulfill duties.
