Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Field Service Technician II to install, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and inspect Rees monitoring equipment in regulated environments.

You will ensure accurate calibrations, perform annual preventive maintenance updates, and address service-related issues for customers. The role requires hands-on technical skills, the ability to read schematics, and travel to customer facilities within the designated region.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
• 2+ years as a Rees Technician or 3 years in industry with installation/troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, or computer networking equipment.
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record, capable of operating company or personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot monitoring equipment at customer facilities.
• Verify setup and configuration for proper functionality and compatibility.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues identified during calibration.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on electronic and mechanical components.
• Calibrate and inspect equipment to ensure accurate readings and regulatory compliance.
• Review job plans and submit status updates as required.
• Record data to support IOQ protocols and maintain inventory.
