Job summary

RXinsider LTD. in Missouri seeks a Field Service Technician II to install, calibrate, and maintain Rees monitoring equipment at customer facilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot monitoring equipment in customer facilities.
• Verify setup and configuration of Rees monitoring equipment for proper functionality.
• Diagnose and repair technical issues identified during calibration.
• Perform repairs on electronic and mechanical components within Rees systems.
• Calibrate and inspect equipment to ensure accurate readings and regulatory compliance.
• Read schematics, drawings, and docs to guide maintenance tasks.
• Use test meters and diagnostic tools to identify malfunctions and calibrate equipment.
• Review job plans before installation and report status per project requirements.
• Record data to support IOQ protocols.
• Maintain organized inventory of parts for on-site service.
• Communicate with customers to provide updates and resolve inquiries.
• Collaborate with technical support to resolve complex issues.
• Travel to customer facilities within the region to provide timely service.

Job Summary:

As a Field Service Technician II, you have hands‑on experience with installing, troubleshooting, repairing, calibrating, and inspecting Rees monitoring equipment used in regulated environments. The Field Service Technician II, will ensure accurate calibrations and efficient execution of tasks, will actively engage with customers to provide updates on annual preventive maintenance and address service‑related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of monitoring equipment used in customer facilities.


• Verifying the set up, and configuration of Rees monitoring equipment in customer environments, ensuring proper functionality and compatibility.


• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with Rees monitoring equipment that are identified during calibration executions.


• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on a wide range of electronic and mechanical components within Rees monitoring systems.


• Calibrate and inspect Rees monitoring equipment to ensure accurate readings and compliance with industry standards and regulations.


• Read and interpret schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation to effectively carry out repairs and maintenance procedures.


• Utilize a variety of test meters and diagnostic tools to identify equipment malfunctions and perform accurate assessments and calibrations.


• Responsible for reviewing job plans prior to installation and submitting job status updates in accordance with project requirements.


• Accountable for recording data to support IOQ protocols.


• Maintain a well‑organized inventory of parts and supplies required for on‑site service, ensuring availability for prompt resolution of issues.


• Communicate with customers to provide project updates, address service‑related inquiries, and deliver exceptional customer support.


• Collaborate with technical support teams to escape and resolve complex technical challenges.


• Travel to various customer facilities within the designated region to fulfill job responsibilities, providing timely and reliable service.

Essential Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications or associate degree preferred.


• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Rees Technician and / or 3 years industry experience, with a proven track record of successful installations, using problem‑solving skills and can think analytically to troubleshoot complex technical issues, and repair Rees monitoring equipment.


• Experience working with electrical, mechanical, or computer networking equipment.


• Proficiency in interpreting schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation.


• Familiarity with a wide range of test meters and diagnostic tools used in electronics and equipment maintenance.


• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills, capable of interacting professionally with customers.


• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks to meet service deadlines.


• Physical ability to lift 75 pounds and climb OSHA approved equipment.


• Professional appearance and appropriate personal hygiene.


• A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the capability to operate a company or personal vehicle are required.
