About the Role

Quest International is hiring a hands-on Field Service Engineer II to support A/V and technical equipment at customer locations throughout the Denver territory.

This is a travel technician position. You will spend a significant amount of time traveling to customer sites to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair A/V, electronic, and electro-mechanical equipment, including equipment used in medical and healthcare environments.

Employees are generally expected to be home on weekends, but the position requires flexibility for overnight travel, changing customer schedules, early departures, late returns, and overtime when needed.

What You’ll Do

Travel to customer locations, install and service A/V equipment, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot equipment failures, replace failed parts and components, verify operation after repairs, and document completed service work.

What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years of professional hands-on A/V, electronics, field service, equipment repair, or similar technical experience.
  • Experience working with HDMI, USB, coax, Cat5/Cat6, wiring harnesses, connectors, electronic components, and signal paths.
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot equipment using a digital multimeter and other diagnostic/service tools.
  • Ability to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer locations and accurately document completed work.
  • Denver-area availability, reliable transportation, ability to travel up to 80% including overnight assignments, and willingness to complete the required Human Performance Test.
Preferred Experience

Experience with medical or healthcare equipment, A/V control systems, monitors, speakers, signal-processing equipment, OEM equipment, command-line tools, or PowerShell is a plus.

This is a hands-on travel field-service position. It is not a remote, work-from-home, IT help-desk, or software-support role.

Quest International is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Employment decisions are based on job-related qualifications, experience, demonstrated ability, business requirements, and the ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
