Quest International is hiring a hands-on Field Service Engineer II to support A/V and technical equipment at customer locations throughout the Denver territory.
This is a travel technician position. You will spend a significant amount of time traveling to customer sites to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair A/V, electronic, and electro-mechanical equipment, including equipment used in medical and healthcare environments.
Employees are generally expected to be home on weekends, but the position requires flexibility for overnight travel, changing customer schedules, early departures, late returns, and overtime when needed.
Travel to customer locations, install and service A/V equipment, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot equipment failures, replace failed parts and components, verify operation after repairs, and document completed service work.
Experience with medical or healthcare equipment, A/V control systems, monitors, speakers, signal-processing equipment, OEM equipment, command-line tools, or PowerShell is a plus.
This is a hands-on travel field-service position. It is not a remote, work-from-home, IT help-desk, or software-support role.
