Role DescriptionQuest International is hiring a Field Service Technician – Low-Voltage A/V Systems for a full-time, field-based role supporting customers across the Chicago, IL region.
This is a hands-on field service position, not an internal IT, helpdesk, or desk-based role. Technicians in this position work independently at customer sites installing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing low-voltage A/V and electro-mechanical systems in regulated and enterprise environments.
You will represent Quest onsite, manage your own service calls, and deliver professional, technically sound service in environments where performance, safety, and documentation matter.
What You’ll DoThis role requires physical, equipment-facing work in active customer environments.
Required Qualifications (Hands-On Experience Required)Candidates must demonstrate real, applied field experience with low-voltage A/V systems.
