Job summary

Special Order Systems Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician I to travel to facilities and maintain, repair and resolve issues on company products, including tablets, kiosks and video terminals.

This role supports on-site, hybrid or roaming technicians, providing technical and administrative support to customers and dispatchers. You will train incarcerated individuals on tablet usage, manage inventory, and assist with software updates and installations while adhering to security measures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work in difficult environments e.g. corrections.
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to facilities to maintain, repair and resolve issues on company products.
• Set up and maintain tablets for users and manage user accounts.
• Troubleshoot tablets, phones, kiosks, video terminals and related equipment.
