Job summary

Aventiv is seeking a Field Service Technician I to travel to multiple facilities to maintain, repair and resolve issues on all company products, features and equipment. This role can be onsite, hybrid or roving, providing both technical and administrative support to our customers.

You will set up and maintain tablets for users, repair phones, kiosks, video terminals and other equipment within correctional facilities, and train incarcerated individuals on proper tablet use while ensuring security

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work in difficult environments (e.g., corrections).
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to facilities to maintain, repair and resolve issues on all company products and equipment.
• Set up and maintain tablets for users and manage user accounts.
• Repair tablets, phones, kiosks, video terminals and other devices within correctional facilities.
