Securitas Technology is seeking technically minded individuals in Honolulu, Hawaii, specializing in low voltage electronics for security solutions. Candidates will provide customer support for post-installation security issues and engage in project work as necessary.

The position offers a broad scope of responsibilities from troubleshooting application issues to performing installations and maintenance on security systems.

Qualifications

• Familiarity installing and troubleshooting low-voltage equipment.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial access control and CCTV systems.
• Certifications in enterprise-grade CCTV and Access Control systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime.
• Diagnose and resolve application issues individually and as a team.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize application availability.
• Document all system modifications through a digital change control system.
• Perform on-site installations of software upgrades.
