Job summary

TeamSoft in Thornton, CO is seeking a Field Service Technician I for a long term contract. Initial hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; after training you may rotate to Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday with 11‑hour and 8‑hour shifts, including day and night coverage.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
Less than one year of related experience.

Responsibilities

Performing routine equipment maintenance.
Assisting with equipment installations.
Troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues.
Escalating unresolved issues per procedures.
Ensuring high levels of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Report product failure trends and serviceability issues to management with appropriate documentation.
Provide efficient, responsive, and accurate field/shop/on-site maintenance support.
Maintain accurate technical records, Field Service Reports (FSRs), expense reports, and assigned company property.
Deliver excellent customer communication and support.
Maintain assigned equipment performance standards.
Support branch and district performance goals by achieving established service metrics.
