Job summary

Trystar is looking for a Field Service Technician I based in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on Trystar equipment at customer sites. You will support Level 2 and Level 3 technicians, conduct inspections, and document service activities while ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant experience or technical training required.
• Developing ability to read schematics and technical documentation.
• Strong safety awareness and discipline is crucial.

Responsibilities

• Support Level 2 and Level 3 technicians on maintenance and retrofits.
• Assist with high and low voltage maintenance tasks.
• Perform routine inspections including IR scans and grounding tests.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service activities.
