Qualifications

• 4+ years of field service or equivalent experience.
• Must have expert-level troubleshooting skills in electrical systems.
• Ability to lead and mentor less experienced technicians.

Responsibilities

• Serve as person-in-charge for large-scale commissioning and retrofit projects.
• Lead troubleshooting and maintain electrical systems.
• Manage critical customer interactions and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Train and mentor Level 1 and Level 2 technicians.
