Job summary

Tradebe Environmental Services in Berlin, CT is hiring a Field Service Technician I to join a hands-on team delivering essential environmental services at industrial and commercial sites. No experience is required – full training provided.

You will perform hazardous waste cleanup, tank cleaning, equipment decontamination, and operate heavy equipment with safety gear, following all procedures. This is a full-time, on-site role with a competitive hourly rate of $21–$28, paid weekly, and a benefits

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Able to read and follow standard procedures and safety documentation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and on-call emergencies.
• Physically fit and able to wear full protective gear, including a full-face respirator.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and on your feet throughout the day.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Perform hazardous waste cleanup, tank cleaning, and equipment decontamination
• Safely enter and work in confined spaces following all safety protocols
• Operate heavy equipment (training provided)
• Keep assigned vehicles and equipment clean and in good working condition
• Report all work-related incidents or safety concerns promptly
• Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations
• Other duties as assigned
