Job summary

CFS Technologies is seeking a Service Technician to travel regionally and perform preventative and responsive maintenance on our hand hygiene systems. You will diagnose issues, perform tests, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, often staying overnight with a work-from-home Friday for admin tasks.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in machine maintenance, can read blueprints, and are comfortable with basic plumbing, electrical work, and using MS Office to maintain records.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in logs and records.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Review design specifications and understand product scope and function.
• Travel to client locations for diagnostic and preventive maintenance.
• Perform tests to ensure products meet user requirements and quality standards.
• Identify and log malfunctions, and implement corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot equipment and devices to resolve issues.
• Assist with root cause analysis for defects in the field.
