Job summary

WillScot in Milwaukee seeks a Field Service Technician to deliver expert HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry service in the field, ensuring timely, cost-efficient support for our buildings.

You will troubleshoot, explain repairs to customers, maintain safety, and uphold client standards. The role requires a high school diploma, carpentry knowledge, and a valid license, with opportunities to grow in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Carpentry knowledge and experience are required.
• Electrical, plumbing and welding experience is helpful.
• General contractor’s license is preferred.
• A current valid license and good driving record required.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment and appliances; licenses as required by law.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Some computer knowledge is necessary.
• Good communication skills with customers, sales people, contractors and WillScot employees.

Responsibilities

• Conduct service calls related to HVAC, plumbing and carpentry within the Branch territory.
• Explaining repairs and services to customers courteously, over the phone and in-person.
• Maintaining a safe working environment and practicing safe working habits including complying with client safety standards on-site.
