Job summary

WillScot in Georgia is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver on-site service, repair and maintenance for our modular space solutions. You will troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing and carpentry issues at customer sites, explain repairs clearly and uphold safety standards while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, good computer skills, and strong communication with customers, sales teams, contractors and WillScot staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Carpentry knowledge and experience required.
• License and driving record in good standing.
• HVAC knowledge and licenses as required by law.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Some computer knowledge and basic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct service calls related to HVAC, plumbing and carpentry within the Branch territory.
• Explain repairs and services to customers courteously, over the phone and in-person.
• Maintain a safe working environment and follow client safety standards on-site.
