Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team in the United States. You will perform HVAC, plumbing and carpentry service calls within the Branch territory, explain repairs to customers, and uphold safety standards on site.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, carpentry knowledge, and a valid driver's license. HVAC licensing and general contractor preferences may apply; independence and strong communication are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Carpentry knowledge and experience are required.
• Electrical, plumbing and welding experience is helpful.
• General contractor's license is preferred.
• A current valid license and good driving record are required.
• If performing HVAC duties, knowledge of HVAC equipment and licenses as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct service calls related to HVAC, plumbing and carpentry within the Branch territory.
• Explain repairs and services to customers courteously, over the phone and in-person.
• Maintain a safe working environment and practice safe habits on-site.
