Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Service Technician to service and maintain Leaf Home systems at customer homes, performing annual maintenance, inspections, and repairs. You will document work in our system and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements include 2–4 years in remodeling or construction, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Overtime and occasional travel may be required; safety compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in basic remodeling, construction, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; ability to lift up to 75 pounds; functioning laptop and smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Perform service on Leaf Home systems at customers’ homes based on logged service tickets and onsite inspection.
• Document, schedule, and close services in the service ticket system accurately and timely.
• Proactively engage with customers to provide an outstanding service experience.
• Follow established job site safety rules, OSHA guidelines, and company safety policies and procedures.

Position Summary

The Service Technician is responsible for servicing and maintaining previously installed Leaf Home systems at customers’ homes based on established service ticket requests. This role provides outstanding customer service in the course of service repairs, annual maintenance, inspections, etc.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform service on Leaf Home systems at customers’ homes based on logged service tickets and onsite inspection. Services may include annual maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, basic plumbing repairs, reinstallation of systems, removal of old units, etc.
• Document, schedule, and close services performed in the service ticket system accurately and in a timely manner.
• Proactively engage with customers to provide an outstanding customer service experience.
• Follow established job site safety rules, OSHA guidelines, and company safety policies and procedures.

Required Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Required Years Of Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in basic remodeling, construction, or a related field.

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable truck, van, or large SUV.
• Functioning laptop, smartphone.
