Job summary

HomePro in Texas is seeking a dedicated Service Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot home automation and security systems for client sites. You will be the face of the company, ensuring high customer satisfaction and reliable service delivery.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in media/security systems, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. The role is full-time with benefits after 60 days and a competitive starting wage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Media/Security System experience as a Service Technician.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of company products.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Keep track of tools and equipment and maintain service vehicle.
• Ensure all safety measures are taken while completing tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
