Job summary

Cargotec Corporation is seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance, service, and repairs on equipment. This role requires technical knowledge in hydraulics, electrics, and mechanical systems, alongside strong customer service skills.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, a technical college background, and the ability to manage service work in variable conditions. A comprehensive benefits package and a $3000 sign-on bonus are included.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical operations preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a 1-year DOT Medical Card is required.
• Working knowledge of diesel engines and hydraulic drive systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Respond to customer inquiries to maximize satisfaction.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, report, and conduct repairs as needed.
