Job summary

Ohio CAT is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain Caterpillar machines in the field. You’ll work from service trucks servicing a range of equipment, delivering top-tier service to keep customers running.

The role emphasizes diagnostics, repairs, preventive maintenance, and adherence to safety protocols, with opportunities for hands-on training and career development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of diesel or power systems training.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Valid clean driver's license and ability to obtain DOT Medical Card.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics and repair on heavy equipment, including Caterpillar engines and drive-train components.
• Perform routine and complex repairs, inspect and maintain equipment, and rebuild components.
• Service air conditioning systems; maintain detailed service records; collaborate on complex repairs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols.
