Job Summary

We seek an experienced Field Service Technician to manage service and maintenance for our customers in the Marne area. This remote role involves traveling to customer sites to diagnose, repair, and perform inspections and preventive maintenance on heavy equipment, with work documented through records and reports.

Essential Functions

• Perform vehicle and equipment repairs using appropriate methods, tools, and techniques
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
• Follow safety procedures
• Engage in mechanical design, fabrication, and electrical system repairs, including computerized systems
• Operate diagnostic tools and welding equipment
• Drive vehicles and equipment for diagnostics
• Maintain effective relationships with colleagues and clients
• Follow instructions and safety standards
• Conduct DOT inspections on trucks and trailers

Qualifications

• Possess or obtain a Class 'A' CDL
• Experience with heavy-duty vehicles, preferably in agriculture
• Willingness to pass background checks, drug screens, and MVR
