Job Summary

We seek an experienced Field Service Technician to service customers in the Holland area. This remote position involves traveling to customer sites for diagnosing, repairing, inspecting, and maintaining heavy equipment. The role includes record-keeping and working with limited supervision.

Essential Functions

• Perform vehicle and equipment repairs and maintenance using appropriate methods and tools.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Follow safety protocols.
• Engage in mechanical design, fabrication, and electrical system troubleshooting.
• Operate diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Conduct welding operations.
• Drive vehicles and equipment for diagnostics.
• Maintain effective relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Follow instructions and manufacturer specifications.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Conduct DOT inspections on trucks and trailers.

Qualifications

• Obtain and maintain a Class 'A' CDL license.
• Experience with heavy-duty vehicles preferred.
• Experience in agriculture is a plus.
• Willing to pass background checks, drug screening, and MVR.
